  • Instructions for the Preparation of Annual Action Plan of all Administrative Departments, Heads of Department, Boards and Corporations and review of the Targeted activities contained therein.
  • Instructions to hold meetings of the officers of the Heads of Departments at the Sachivalaya level including Staff meetings.

  • Instructions of sending all important peoples oriented orders of Government to M.Ps./M.L.As. and other peoples representatives.
